Advertising Rates & Submission Guidelines
Format, Pricing & Placement Rules: We offer a single, standardized Event Flyer space featuring a high-quality promotional image that opens a 600 x 400 pixel full-screen detail viewer, a bold event title, and a short 50-word description for a flat rate of $30.00 [Insert Fee] per calendar month. Placements follow a strict chronological vertical stack model: the organizer who secures their payment first wins the highest available position on the active feed, with subsequent advertisements filling the page vertically from top to bottom. To ensure a fresh and relevant calendar for our visitors, all event listings automatically expire and are removed from the board on the final day of the calendar month in which the featured event concludes.
The Newcomer Advantage: To give new advertisers immediate visibility and a powerful launch, there is a "Newly Listed!" banner at the very top-left of the page. Clicking this banner instantly jumps visitors down to the new event listings located at the bottom, giving your event instant, high-priority exposure at no extra cost.
How to Submit: Prepare your event flyer image (600 x 400 pixels JPG file) and draft a 50-word description detailing dates, location, and key attractions. Please contact us to provide your event name, flyer graphics, website or ticketing link, and desired campaign duration. To optimize webpage loading times and ensure adequate promotional visibility, all submissions should be received, approved, and settled at least 30 days prior to the event's start date. Late submissions received within this 30-day window are accepted strictly at our discretion; if approved, the full calendar month rate applies and will not be discounted or pro-rated. Once approved, your listing will go live within 24 to 48 hours of payment completion.
Mid-Campaign Revisions: To maintain calendar integrity, each event placement includes one free text or scheduling update per monthly booking, with subsequent adjustments subject to a small administrative maintenance fee.
