Advertising Rates & Submission Guidelines
Format, Pricing & Placement Rules: We offer a single, highly flexible Premium Rectangle banner space (300 x 250 pixels JPG file) for a flat rate of $30.00 [Insert Fee] per 3-month cycle, including a direct link to your business website. Placements in our directory grid are managed using a strict chronological model; the business that secures their payment first wins the highest available position on the page, with subsequent advertisements filling the row from left to right, top to bottom. Existing sponsors get first right of refusal to renew their spot, provided renewal payment is settled at least 7 days before expiration.
Campaign Calendar & Mid-Cycle Rules: To keep our community directory organized, we operate on four fixed seasonal blocks: Fall (Sept–Nov), Winter (Dec–Feb), Spring (Mar–May ), and Summer (June–Aug). Advertisers joining mid-campaign will receive pro-rated pricing for the remainder of the active block. To maximize administrative efficiency, any campaign starting with fewer than 30 days remaining in the current cycle will be rolled directly into the upcoming 3-month block and billed as a single, combined invoice.
The Newcomer Advantage: To give new advertisers immediate visibility, there is a "New Arrivals!" banner at the very top-left of the page. Clicking this banner instantly jumps visitors down to the new banner placements located at the bottom, giving your business instant, high-priority exposure at no extra cost.
How to Submit: Prepare your banner as a 300 x 250 pixels JPG file. Please contact us to provide your business name, website link, and desired campaign duration. Once your submission is reviewed and approved, we will send a secure invoice, and your banner will go live within 24 to 48 hours of payment completion.
Mid-Campaign Updates: To ensure catalog stability, all campaign slots include one free image update per 3-month cycle, with subsequent revisions subject to a small administrative maintenance fee.
