Up for sale is a rare, like-new 1990s Yates Mountain Warfare Harness. This highly collectible piece of militaria was featured as part of the elite USMC Force Recon kit. Designed in cooperation with military mountain training centers, this specialized, ultralight climbing and extraction harness is built for stealth and extreme tactical operations. Manufactured by Yates Gear in California, its adjustable design easily accommodates bulky cold-weather clothing or heavy tactical vests.

The Mountain Warfare Harness is designed in cooperation with the USMC Mountain Warfare Training Center for special stealth needs in extreme tactical situations involving climbing, rappelling, SWAT and rescue. Currently being used in the USMC MACK (Military Assault Climbing Kit).

3.5", fully padded waist pad. Over width legs give ultimate comfort without bulky leg pads. Unique overlapping waist pad design with multiple leg suspension attachments allow for total adjustability. Multiple gear racking loops are provided.
