NAVSPECWARCOM Close Quarter Battle Weapon Sling (CQBWS)
This sling was manufactured by Tac-Ordnance around 2004-2005 for a Crane Naval Special Warfare contract per the SOPMOD Block II upgrade. It was generally issued to Naval Special Warfare units and attached personnel as part of the SOPMOD kit. It was specifically designed for close quarter battle and often seen used with the MK18/CQBR. The sling features heavy-duty elastic which assists with strikes and point shooting as well as quick adjustment in difficult situations. Metal snap hooks attach to most weapon systems, brackets or attachment buckles. Tac-Ordnance is no longer in business.

DIETER CQD® SLING WITH SLING COVER (2-Point)
Period: 2000s.
Designed by special operations trainer Duane Dieter the Dieter CQD Sling is made with BlackHawk's 1.25 inch T-13 webbing. It is wider and softer than normal webbing and works great in the buckles. There is no chafing or scraping and it's easily adjustable. Heavy-duty elastic assists with strikes and point shooting as well as quick adjustment in difficult situations. Metal snap hooks attach to most weapon systems, brackets or attachment buckles. The sling is adjustable in length via a triglide buckle at each end, and can be configured as a two-point or single-point sling (by interlocking the two HK sling hooks).

Heckler and Koch MP5 Multi Purpose Carrying Sling, 1” wide
Period 1980s.
This is a classic HK CQB sling. It is made of 1” wide heavy duty cotton webbing and all metal hardware. The carbine hook and the double loop buckle interlock with each other, allowing multiple configurations. (See photos and user manual). A Japanese airsoft MP5 features in the demo photos.

Heckler and Koch MP5 Ambidextrous Multi Purpose Sling, 1.25" wide
Period 1990s.
This sling is made of 1.25” wide heavy duty cotton webbing and features two carbine hooks that fit the HK ambidextrous sling pins.
Different from the classic HK sling where the carbine hook interlocks the double loop buckle, the ambidextrous sling has a front clip that locks the double loop buckle in place, allowing multiple configurations. The older HK sling does not have this built in clip. A Japanese airsoft MP5 features in the demo photos.
