Replacement of the Benchmade Nimravus Tanto Fixed Blade Knife in the USMC FSBE II Kit. Signature of Strider’s thick blade branding, tiger strap subdued finish. Comes with CMS web sheath. Blade has a NSN marking “1095-01-531-5023”.

BuckMaster 184 Survival Knife

The legendary BuckMaster 184 Survival Knife was conceptualized, designed and built specifically for Navy SEAL Team Three and Six in the 1980s. It is a masterpiece created by CJ Buck (CEO owner of Buck Knives) and his team. The BuckMaster became (and still is) a 1980’s American icon of survival edged knives and also lead into the development of the venerable M9 Bayonet for the US Military.

The Buckmaster knife features a 7.5" blade with three different edges to give the operator the perfect cut every time. The blade is forged from 425 mod stainless steel. The false edge is serrated on one side for rope cutting. The back of the blade features Buck's patented aggressive sawback for wood cutting. The hollow steel handle (with an unscrewable cap) can house survival materials such as fishing gears, matches, and two removable hooks. The hard sheath has a fast release fastex belt loop and an inbuilt sharpening stone. Small accessory pouch can be strapped onto the hard sheath through the side slots.

The Buckmaster knife featured here was made between1995-1999. It featured nine rope cutting teeth at the left side of the blade.

Cold Steel Safe Keeper II Push Dagger

Cold Steel 12BT Safe Keeper II Push Dagger 3.75" Blade, Kraton Handle, Secure-Ex Sheath

The push dagger was first made popular in the U.S. during the 1849 Gold Rush in California. It is less complicated than a folding knife, has the cutting and piercing potential of a larger knife, but is small enough so that it can be easily concealed and deployed.

Designed for the 21st century, the Cold Steel Safe Keeper II is the ultimate push knife. As the name implies, it can be deployed in a push or punch with the dagger tip leading the way. It can also be used as a conventional dagger in a slashing motion to cut things open. Just the look of this knife with its wicked blade jutting out from the fist is enough to deter almost all aggressors. And, if action is necessary, the Safe Keeper's shock absorbing Kraton handle imparts devastating punching blows, yet is so secure in one's hand that it's practically impossible for even a novice to be disarmed.

The Secure-Ex sheath includes a belt clip at the back and can also be lashed using the peripheral eyelets on the sheath. The push daggers are becoming popular with military personnel because they can easily be fastened to tactical web gear, shoulder / leg holsters, tucked in a waistband or boot top, or even strapped to a wrist or ankle.
